  • I’ve known amber in her role as a PT for a little while, and joined in her previous classes at the gym which have always been good. I joined her new Pilates group at the college this week. Amber is always really professional & helpful, during Pilates she was really clear with what moves we were doing and why we were doing them (what they were working). She also is great at coming round to check that you are doing the moves correctly in a way that feels really supportive. The room itself is super nice- being at the top of the college means there’s a lovely view of the sunset so is really peaceful and relaxing. The hour flew by! I brought my own mat but she had mats available to borrow that looked good quality mats. Would definitely recommend.

  • I attended my first Pilates class. To be honest, I thought it would be difficult for me because I'm not flexible, but pilates is completely different and I love it! I also like that I can relax there and learn how to control my body. I will definitely come again! Thank you!

  • I absolutely loved the class @ The Dance eXchange!! I highly recommend anyone who loves Pilates to definitely check it out! The instructor Amber is so accommodating to each individual and is great at helping you modify or challenge yourself for each movement. The atmosphere in the class was great and the location is beautiful! Incredible :)
